Returns and Exchanges

Because many of my items are made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defect or damage to a product.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days to receive a replacement of the same item. Please provide:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the packaging of the item

  • a photo of the damage to the item

If you select recyclable/ non-waterproof packaging and the package is delivered to a wet location (eg. under a drainpipe), I cannot be liable for damage.

Shipping and Tracking

I currently ship all orders with the United States Postal Service (USPS). The default shipping setting is First Class Package Service. I charge a flat rate with fees for additional items. Upgrades to Priority Mail are available.

Shipping speed depends on how far you live from Rochester, NY, and is usually less than 5 days. I have no control over how quickly USPS delivers packages and cannot guarantee shipping speeds.

International orders ship via Priority Mail International.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Mugs may have longer processing time, and will ship separately from the rest of your order.

Tracking is provided by USPS, and will update when the package is scanned at each intermediary post office. Tracking should update within 24 hours of shipment. Sometimes USPS misses a scan. In that case, tracking may not update. I have no control over how frequently USPS updates tracking.

Lost Packages

Unfortunately, sometimes things get lost in the mail. This happens very rarely. In most cases, items are delayed in transit or waylaid by detours. If you believe your package is lost in the mail, you must contact USPS for confirmation. Send me a signed letter from your local Postmaster stating the package has been lost, and I will replace it for you.
