Order Processing Time
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–5 business days.
Because our products are made in small batches and packed by hand, processing times may be slightly longer during busy seasons or shop updates. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll let you know.

We currently ship within the United States. (Adjust if you add international later.)
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but typical estimates are:

First Class / Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days

Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
Please note: delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include processing time.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after your package is scanned by the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or your package appears stuck in transit, please reach out—we’re happy to help you investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Photos of the damaged item and packaging
